The "local" VHF channels (2, 5, 7, 9 and 11) will now be received via satellite, so they were shifted slightly in the lineup to avoid interference with the over-the-air channel.

An online "What's on TV now" program guide for Malibu East's DirecTV channel lineup is available within the Tivo® service, from AOL TV and from several other sources on the Internet. The first time you access one of these program guides, you must specify your zipcode (60660), select "cable" (if asked) and then select the "Malibu East" entry from their list of providers. If you have previously used these guides to display RCN's TV listings, please follow the specific "change provider" or "change setup" instructions to access the "Malibu East" TV listings.

No registration is required for any of the following sources but they all contain ads:

• Zap2it.com (This one displays program information without extra clicking. If you have high speed internet access, change "Display 20" to "All Channels" to get the entire lineup on one page.)
• MSN TV (This one is good if you have slow internet access but you must click the program's title to get more information.)
• Yahoo! TV (Similar to MSN TV above. For commercial movies, the program's information page links to the Yahoo! Movies page.)
• Netscape TV (another similar TV program listing.)
